  • Payment is authorized at checkout, but your card is only charged once your order ships.

  • If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email to update your payment details.


Pricing & Currency

  • International customers may see additional fees (e.g., customs duties) based on local regulations. These are not controlled by Romkae.


Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds follow our 30-Day Return Policy. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-8 business days.
